Our traditional (TDM) voice services remain the most fairly priced and feature rich offerings on the market. We also work with our customers to help them migrate to new IP telephony systems, where and when they wish to do so.

With IP telephony, as your voice and data traffic use the same IP network rather than separate voice and data networks, there are enormous efficiencies to be made. Not just in terms of the cost of infrastructure but also the management of a simplified network architecture. Furthermore, once IP handsets are deployed (or softphones on employee PCs and laptops) your colleagues can use any phone in any of your offices simply by entering their PIN and accessing their personal facilities such as their direct dial number. Businesses are free to restructure their business unconstrained by the delays in changing extension numbers on phones and, as these changes become user-implemented ‘soft’ changes, the potentially significant costs incurred by businesses for Moves, Adds and Changes to their systems are slashed.
